Début mars, je suis allé à Tenerife pour y suivre le workshop de Ryan Muirhead et de Jan Scholtz. J’y ai rencontré Johannes, un collègue photographe allemand. On a accroché en un rien de temps. On partage tous les deux l’amour de la photo argentique, des voyages ainsi qu’une super petite amie.
Johannes était à Tenerife avec sa future femme et il m’a demandé si j’acceptais de les photographier. « BIEN SÛR! Tu lis mes pensées ou quoi?? »
J’étais à la recherche d’un couple sur l’île pour faire un shooting dans le fabuleux parc national du Tiede. Sa proposition ne pouvait pas mieux tomber.
Les photos ont été faites en argentique au Contax 645. Développée par Carmencita (ils ont fait mieux si vous voulez mon avis…)
Early march, I went to Tenerife to attend the Ryan Muirhead & Jan Scholtz’s workshop. I met Johannes, a german photographer fellow and we hooked up pretty quick. We both shared the love of film photography, a wonderful girlfriend and the love of traveling.
Johannes was there with his soon to be wife and ask me if I would agree to shoot them. « OF COURSE I WOULD! Are you reading my mind? »
I was already looking for a couple on the Island to take their picture in the amazing national park. He couldn’t ask at a more appropriate time.
The pictures have been shoted on film with a Contax 645. Devloped and scan by Carmencita (not their best job… )
On s’est revu à Metz un mois plus tard, l’occasion parfaite de faire quelque Polaroid 🙂
